Event Experience

01. Consultation

Once your booking is secured, we schedule an initial meeting, in person or virtually, where we get to know you and your event needs. We also discuss your tastes, target budget, goals, and priorities.

02. Design Proposal

We create a design booklet, outlining the creative direction for your special event. This includes ideas for tablescape, color palette, rental options, and more that will come together to bring your vision to life.

03. Design Concept

We develop a concept that specifically lays out all of the details, including images and/or sketches so you can visualize the designs.

04. Final Touches

Two weeks before your event, all of the final adjustments will be made to ensure the lead up to your celebration is nothing short of bliss.

05. The Event Day

Our team will put all of our plans into action, handling every moving part of the day, including setting up your event and packing down everything in the Design Concept. We’ll also work alongside other vendors to ensure smooth running of your event.
