From our very first phone call, Alaina and Garrett expressed their desire for a unique event that truly reflected their personal style and supported local. Drawing on my expertise as a Santa Barbara wedding planner, I leveraged years of experience and local insight to plan their special day. Our collaborative process started by delving into their unique tastes and preferences, planning every aspect from venue selection to the locally sourced details. With a dedicated focus on crafting an experience that resonated with their personalities, we ensured their wedding day was both exceptional and uniquely theirs.

We brought in many personalized and thoughtfully crafted details into Alaina & Garret’s wedding, drawing inspiration from both the venue’s avocado farm and its picturesque surroundings. It was important for us to weave the story of their love journey into their day, which began in the chip aisle at Whole Foods. To commemorate this fateful encounter, we designed a seating chart that recreated the ambiance of that memorable moment along with the couple’s custom chip clip favors for their guests. The venue, nestled amidst a lush avocado farm, provided a natural canvas for us to infuse the celebration with an array of organic elements, further enhancing the rustic charm and nature of the occasion. Because their celebration was held on an avocado farm, they wanted to incorporate that theme into their special day. The culinary highlight of the evening was an avocado dip and guacamole prepared by Slate Catering.

Additionally, the couple's shared love for coffee was not only present, but it permeated every aspect of their special day. To make their guests feel even more welcomed, they set up a coffee cart complete with their very own custom branded coffee sleeves. It was the perfect way to kick off the festivities and set the tone for what was to come. But their love for coffee didn't stop at the pre-ceremony drinks; it was seamlessly woven into the ceremony itself. Before exchanging their vows, the couple partook in a unique coffee ritual that symbolized their deep connection and union. They carefully sipped from their mixed coffee drink, savoring the moment as they blended their lives together in a truly meaningful way.

The organic coastal disco design featured throughout the celebration added a whimsical touch, with wildflower-growing floral aisles and funky wavy napkins that mirrored the waves of the nearby ocean. These elements not only complemented the venue’s natural beauty but also encapsulated the couple’s fun-loving spirit and laid-back style.

Another highlight of the evening was the floral mini cakes, each one a miniature masterpiece adorned with seasonal blooms that echoed the wedding palette. These treats served both as individual desserts and eye-catching table decorations, adding a touch of floral elegance to the celebration.
